We shouldn't need to tell you how good carrots are for you. We don't however, let the grass grown unmanaged (see "How to
Have Healthy Beautfil Pastures); otherwise unedible weeds, red cedars and other brushy trees would take over. So after Spring
"springs" and the cows & horses eat all the "good weeds" we mow.
